Betty Crocker Instant Mashed Potatoes Review & GIVEAWAY

I had a rough afternoon. It started with my own doctor's appointment then L came down with a 103 degree fever. Needless to say, back to the doctor's office. By the time I got home that day, I had less than an hour before Dear Hubby was coming home from work to make dinner. I threw some chicken breasts on the grill but was at a loss for any sides. Luckily I had just received a Betty Crocker gift pack that included two instant mashed potatoes. I normally make mashed potatoes from scratch and that can take some time.

I whipped up the creamy butter flavored instant mashed potatoes. The process was so simple. Boiling the water was the longest step. My potatoes took a little less than 10 mins from start to finish. The potatoes were creamy, buttery and tasted homemade.

Betty Crocker's instant mashed potatoes are made with 100% real potatoes. They come in a variety of flavors such as Creamy Butter, Roasted Garlic and Au Gratin.

One Oh My Baby reader will WIN a prize pack that includes two boxes of Betty Crocker Boxed Instant Mashed Potatoes (one Roasted Garlic and one Homestyle Creamy Butter), a serving bowl, a trivet and a serving spoon. Leave your comment by 11:59pm EST on December 1, 2010. U.S. addresses only please.
